HackaAcademy ("we," "us," "the Service") is a story-driven cybersecurity education platform accessible at hackaacademy.pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are personal and intended for use by a single individual. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing account access with others is not permitted under a single subscription.
All operations, narrative content, lesson material, artwork, and code that make up HackaAcademy are the intellectual property of HackaAcademy and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own learning. It does not grant you rights to copy, republish, redistribute, scrape, mirror, resell, or create derivative products from this content, in whole or in part.
Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction of content from the Service is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Paid access is billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor (Paystack) and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
HackaAcademy teaches cybersecurity concepts through simulated, fictional scenarios. Techniques demonstrated are for educational purposes only. You agree not to use anything learned through the Service to access, test, or attack systems you do not own or do not have explicit written authorization to test.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to content scraping, account sharing at scale, payment fraud, or abusive use of the Service's infrastructure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
